When will I get paid?

Since December 2006 Dave has created a system to give priority to members who are going to reinvest their money and to help the site continue. The time you will be paid depends on what payment category you belong to ...

The membership of 12by12daily currently falls into five categories. These are the categories, and this is the order in which they will be prioritised.

Category 1. Members who comply with the 50/50 rule. These members will be given the highest priority, and will always be the first paid. If these members continue to upgrade within the 50/50 rule, then they will always remain in category 1.

The size of their upgrades will determine whether they stay in category 2, or are promoted to category 1. These members also have the option of upgrading now, and being promoted directly to category 1.

Category 3. Members who have reverted to Free and have 2 or more pending cashouts. These members will be given 3rd priority. Once again, they will be paid for their first pending cashout (or first and second in some cases), and once again, they will need to upgrade again in order to be paid for their last pending. These members have the option of upgrading now, and immediately being promoted to category 2 or 1, or waiting until they receive their payment and then upgrading to a higher category.

Category 4. Upgraded members who have one pending cashout. These members will be given the 4th priority. If their second upgrade expires, and they revert to free, they will then be moved to category 3, or, if they remain upgraded and their second upgrade expires they will move to category 2. They also have the option of upgrading according to the 50/50 rule, and being promoted straight up to category 1.

Category 5. Free members, who have only upgraded once, and their upgrade has expired. As has always been the case, these members will not be paid, until they make a further upgrade.

What is the 50/50 rule?

The 50/50 rule means that if you wish to have priority payouts you will need to have active upgrades equal to (or greater than) half of the amount you expect to receive. If you are waiting on a payout of $100 you will therefore need to have active upgrades of $50 to get paid.

How many days will it take to get paid?

Unfortunately we can no longer provide you with an exact number of days. Dave intends to have all category 1 members paid after 7 business days however payout depends on cashflow and other factors.

The most reliable indication of when you should get paid is to look at the "I've been Paid" section of the forum. Here you will see how far Dave is with current payments.

What happens if my e-gold account has been blocked?

If this happens during the time you are meant to be paid your payment will not go through. It will stay on the payment list every day until you contact e-gold and get the block removed. this is entirely your responsibility and we cannot assist you beyond that.

I am certain my payment has been overlooked! I should have been paid days ago

So far every person who claims this has made a mistake about their category.
The most common reasons you may not have been paid when expected are ...

- You have only just upgraded 50% to your account. Please allow Dave at leat 24 hours to take note of your upgrade.
- You have upgraded 50% of your previous cash balance and not 50% of your pending amount - this means you are not category 1
- You have seen payments in the "I've been Paid" thread for the same day as you but Dave has not yet completed all payments for that day
- Your e-gold account is blocked
- You have not specified an e-gold account when registering or you upgraded with more than 1 e-gold account.
- You are assuming you will be paid on day 7. Currently we are not paying out so quickly, please be patient and Dave will get payout time improved.

If you really believe you've been overlooked and have understood all the above details, please wait at least 24 hours more and contact Dave via the 'Contact Us' form.
